What is the capacity for the Venue at FIG?
The Venue can accomodate up to 1,500 guests.
How can I put a hold on my event date?
Upon requesting and receiving your event proposal/BEO, we will hold your date for 72 hours. If you would like to lock in your date after 72 hours, we will require you to sign the contract and pay a $2,000 security deposit and 50% of the venue fee.
Can I arrive early to set up or strike (breakdown)?
Your venue rental is 12 hours in total. If you require more set up or breakdown time for your event, you can purchase additional hours for set up and strike at $250/hour. Additional set up/strike days are $3,500 per day.
What is the Venue at FIG’s event time cut off?
We do not allow any events in the space after 2:00 AM.
Is insurance required?
Yes, we do require insurance from the client/company signing the contract.
Is a coordinator/event planner required?
We do not require a coordinator/event planner but strongly suggest it for ease.
Can I use candles?
We are a no flame venue. Flameless candles are permitted.
